The breakfast was marvellous with many options; and the staff was affable. The location was best possible - adjacent to a large modern shopping mall which also has lots of restaurants, the new Cacique shopping center, and Bucaramanga: )

I stayed here for one night and wouldn't mind coming back. the hotel is fancy and spotless, the staff who helped me out were super friendly, plus it's just a stone's throw away from the cool new shopping center. 🌟.

TV with satellite channels, climate control and a personal safe in beautifully maintained and new-fashioned rooms were awesome. The extremely friendly staff provided all the necessary info. The service was good, the food was great. The location of the hotel was favourable - around 10-15 minutes walk from La Flora Ecological Park.

The breakfast here is top-notch 🌅☕️. You get to enjoy delicious food with a stunning 180-degree view. Plus, the coffee is just fantastic.

The restaurant was perfect for breakfast. the location is absolutely perfect, very close to the very large Cacique shopping mall which has great shops, restaurants, a food plaza, and an entertainment center.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the center of the city near bars, restaurants, and shops. Just a mile away is Jarri's autentico Broaster, a great spot for quick meals.

It’s just a 10-minute stroll to the bus stop from here. the staff was friendly and helpful, but they also gave us space to enjoy our stay. 😊 Plus, the restaurant served up an amazing meal that we won’t forget.
